Structure
Wide-screen horizontal view. Each teacher, class and family can be collapsed or expanded. Management can move students to another class or family and assign classes to teachers. Management and teachers can also rearrange panels by dragging and dropping them.

🔐 Security
The current password is required to prevent someone signed in by mistake from changing the institution's login details.
After changing your username, use the new username the next time you sign in.
🏫 Institution logo
Add your institution's logo and choose its position. It will appear in the parent and student workspaces.
💬 Receiving internal messages
Management chooses which workspaces can receive new messages. Previously received messages remain visible in the history.
👥 Delegated management access
Create a named account and select the modules it can access. Management settings, AI usage, Subscription and Backups remain reserved for the primary administrator.

1. Set up teachers and classes
Create teachers first, then classes, and assign an active teacher to each class. This link automatically determines which students appear in each teacher's workspace.
2. Enter students and their families
Each row creates a student account and, if needed, a family account linked to the parent's email address. An existing family with the same email address is reused.
Duplicate protection: before creating an account, UluM checks the first name, student surname, family name and parent's email address. If all four match an existing account, the row is rejected and no duplicate account is created.

3. Create and send login details
Automatic processing rate: Up to 20 accounts per batch, with a 10-second interval before the next batch. Temporary passwords are sent to the parent's email address.

4. Download the login details file
The CSV contains usernames and temporary passwords. Download it when processing is complete, store it securely and delete it when it is no longer needed.

👨🎓 AI usage by student
Management can see each student's usage from their reserved allocation and the shared pool.

⚖️ AI credit allocation
The primary administrator can reserve some remaining AI credits in a shared pool for management and teachers. This staff allocation defaults to 0%. The remaining balance is then recalculated for all active students, both existing and new, using the allocation method below. Only credits actually remaining are redistributed; previously used credits are never recreated.

🎓 AI access by class and student
Only the primary administrator can manage these settings. Your plan sets the maximum number of AI places; you choose which classes and students use them. Students without AI access retain standard modules, assignments and progress tracking.

💳 My subscription
Choose a monthly or annual plan. An institution on a non-Stripe plan can switch to Stripe at any time, even after using all its credits, without losing classes, students, families, teachers or progress. Each institution subscription includes 5 extra student places and 5 extra family places at no charge. If an institution on the standalone 30-day trial chooses a paid plan, that trial ends and the new Stripe subscription starts with a 15-day trial. Upgrading an existing Stripe subscription preserves its current Stripe trial. After the trial, Stripe prorates the price adjustment, new capacity applies immediately and additional AI credits are prorated for the remainder of the month.
